At All Right Interior, we are committed to delivering exceptional interior design services and products. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be considered for our services and products.
1. Interior Design Services
1.1 Advance / Booking Payment
A non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm and initiate any interior design project. This advance covers initial site visits, concept development, and design team allocation. This payment is non-refundable once design work has commenced.
1.2 Milestone Payments
Projects are billed in milestones as specified in the Project Agreement. Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable once that phase of work has been delivered or approved.
1.3 Project Cancellation by Client
If a client wishes to cancel an ongoing project:
- Before design work begins: Full refund of advance payment minus a consultation fee (if applicable).
- After design work has begun but before execution: No refund of advance. A settlement for any design deliverables already completed will be applicable.
- During execution phase: No refund of any amounts paid. The client is liable for the cost of work completed up to the cancellation date, including materials procured.
1.4 Project Cancellation by All Right Interior
In the rare event we cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund of amounts paid for work not yet commenced, minus any direct costs already incurred on the project.
2. Products
2.1 Order Process
All product orders are placed via WhatsApp enquiry. Orders are confirmed only upon written confirmation and advance payment. Products are sourced or manufactured as per client requirements.
2.2 Custom / Made-to-Order Products
Custom furniture, bespoke lighting, and made-to-order products are manufactured specifically for each client and are non-refundable once production has commenced. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order confirmation.
2.3 Standard / In-Stock Products
For standard products, cancellation requests must be made within 48 hours of order confirmation. Once dispatched, products cannot be returned unless:
- The product received is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- The product significantly differs from what was ordered.
2.4 Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
- We will assess the claim and, if valid, offer a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
- Refunds for damaged products are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Please provide your order/project reference, reason for the request, and supporting evidence where applicable. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3–5 business days.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method or bank transfer, as mutually agreed. Processing may take 7–14 business days depending on the payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Consultation and site visit fees.
- Advance payments once design work has commenced.
- Custom/made-to-order products once production has begun.
- Completed design deliverables (mood boards, drawings, 3D renders) that have been delivered.
- Materials and items already procured or installed.
6. Disputes
We believe in resolving disputes amicably. If you are dissatisfied with our services or products, we encourage you to contact us directly. We are committed to finding a fair resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
